01 1. About These Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern services provided by Windows Montreal ("we," "us," "our"). By requesting a quote, scheduling service, or receiving service from us, you ("customer," "you") agree to these Terms.
These Terms are updated periodically. The version in effect at the time of your service applies.
02 2. Services Provided
Windows Montreal provides window and door installation, replacement, glass and window repair, and related services for residential and commercial customers in Montreal and surrounding areas.
Descriptions, images and pricing ranges on this site are general information, not a binding quote. Your written, itemized estimate is the governing document for your project.
03 3. Estimates & Pricing
In-home estimates are free and carry no obligation. Written quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Final pricing is confirmed in your written quote after an on-site measure.
Additional work discovered during installation (for example, hidden rot or structural issues) will be quoted and approved by you before it proceeds.
04 4. Warranty
Windows we install carry a written warranty on the frame and sealed glass unit, subject to the manufacturer's terms, plus a workmanship guarantee on our installation. Warranty coverage requires normal use and is void for damage from accidents, abuse or unauthorized alteration.
Repairs, hardware and third-party products carry the applicable manufacturer or component warranty.
05 5. Scheduling & Access
You agree to provide safe access to the work areas. Product lead times depend on the manufacturer; we confirm the schedule before ordering. Weather may affect exterior work and installation timing.
06 6. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the services provided. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
